I'm the creator of the Bumble UX/UI & branding as well as a current shareholder and former CCO.
In 2017, my partner Chris Gulczynski and I started Art Paper Pixel, a design consulting firm focussing on early stage branding and app design.
I specialize in UX, UI and branding. You've probably already seen a lot of my work. Most recently and notably I created the UX, UI and branding for the popular app Bumble and served as the Chief Creative Officer until 2017 alongside CEO, Whitney Wolfe Herd and CPO, Christopher Gulczynski.
Today, I'm a Bumble shareholder and managing partner at Art Paper Pixel where I focus on consulting for brands that need everything from logo work, marketing design campaigns, rebrands, and packaging design to ground-up UX/UI for any screen.
The other half of Art Paper Pixel is Christopher Gulczynski, my design and life partner. We met and began working together in college. We also worked together at Tinder prior to Bumble, where I was VP of Design and Chris co-founded the company while holding the positions of CCO. Our most notable contribution was being a part of the creation of the "swipe left" and "swipe right" design convention, which is now used in thousands of apps.
Prior to working on apps, I designed websites for the incredible Metalab. I also dabbled in entertainment and spent about 6 months as Lead Interactive Designer for Conan O'Brien. Additionally, I've had more 50 freelance clients over the last 5 years and have done a fair bit of print, packaging and branding work, which is a favorite of mine.
My design passion is bridging the gap between digital design and lifestyle branding. In my down time I'm a cat lady, big music fan, singer/songwriter and a crocheter/knitter. I like to think the best of me is still hiding up my sleeve.
